SportMath Online is a system of remote score collection and recording for judges in sport competitions, developed in association with the World Art Festival Association to optimize the process of holding sport events and improve the quality and speed of the judging process.
The SportMath Online software architecture allows casting of judges' scores on-the-fly, without the need of physical transfer and over a secure communication channel in order to prevent possible data loss or data manipulation.
The process of making assessments is made intuitive and easy to learn, which makes it possible for the panel of judges to spend their time not on filling out the sheets, but on their immediate task — assessing the performances of the athletes.
Each judge is authorized to access the system via PIN code which is only valid on the day of the competition.
In addition, any category, group or participant can be remotely activated, blocked or sorted on the judge's device by the administration according to the schedule of the competition immediately before the start.
All scores given by the the panel of judges are sent to the server in real time and processed remotely by the accounting team personnel.
Sport groups for which refereeing is complete - are automatically closed. The scores are saved and become unavailable for further changes.
Members of the panel of judges are able to contact a representative of the counting team at any time and report a problem, as well as request an additional break between the performances of athletes.
